Technical information on the Bergbahnen Brandnertal

As its name in German suggests (Dorf = village), the Dorfbahn is located in the heart of Brand and, along with plenty of parking, offers convenient and above all dry transportation to the ski resort. Here you will also find a snowy valley run that ends right in the village itself.

Arrive at the ski resort in comfort. A generous car park, ideally suited for buses, is located right next to the new valley station at Innertal, at the end of Brand. The fantastic valley run, which has been partially redesigned, ensures skiing fun until the very last turn.

The Panoramabahn combines fascination and skiing pleasure. The cable car stretches proudly across the valley, connecting the two ski areas of Brand and Bürserberg. From the summit station, an impressive vista opens up before you.

The valley station of the Niggenkopfbahn is where our popular family run ends. The finish area of the resort's own training course is also in the immediate vicinity of the cableway.

The Gulmabahn is one of three cableways that functions as a pivotal hub in the Brandnertal ski resort. From here you can easily access all of the lift facilities in the Brand ski area.

The Glattjochbahn is the "summit cableway" of the Brandnertal ski resort. It leads to the highest point (2000 m) and promises a wide variety of downhill runs for everyone. This is also where the descent to the Lorenzital is to be found.

The Einhornbahn I is one of our three feeder lifts; this is where the Brandnertal ski resort begins in Bürserberg. Good parking options and a snow-covered valley run guarantee stress-free skiing enjoyment from this location too.

The Einhornbahn II in the Bürserberg ski area is centrally located and enables varied skiing pleasure for everyone. The summit station also takes you directly to the valley station of the Loischkopfbahn.

Amongst other things, the Tannlegerlift is frequently used by our ski schools. This is also where the meeting point and the training slope are found.

The Melkbodenlift is right next to the Palüdbahn and is also easily accessible for beginners. Here, beginners can let loose, have fun and practise their turns in the heart of the ski resort.

An ideal beginner lift located right in the centre of the village of Brand. Here you'll find a great practice slope for the very littlest skiers.

Just like the Schedlerhoflift in Brand, the Tschenglalift is very well suited for beginners. The pulley is located on the alpine plateau Tschengla in Bürserberg.

The Faregglift is the tried and tested connecting lift for all those who want to take the sporty way back to Brand. At the summit station, the ski piste to Brand starts next to the Parpfienzalpe hut.

The Lünerseebahn leads directly to Lünersee Lake at 1979 m above sea level. The 5-minute ascent is an experience in and of itself, as a "goose nest" in the rocks draws the attention of onlookers. Once at the top, you'll be captivated by the beauty of Lünersee Lake and the surrounding mountains. The nature reserve around Lünersee Lake is a paradise for hikers, mountain climbers and amateur anglers.
