wohl.genuss: Regional products put in the spotlight

The product range in the biosphärenpark.laden is seasonally very diverse. All products on offer come from producers from the biosphere park Großes Walsertal and are complemented by high-quality products from other biosphere parks in Austria. All products meet specially established criteria in which the origin of the raw materials, the processing in the Great Walser Valley and the high quality are in the foreground.

The cheese assortment includes Walserstolz mountain cheeses matured for 6, 8, 12 and 16 months, organic Walserstolz from the Marul organic dairy and organic cheeses from the Thüringerberg dairy. Depending on availability and season, there are also alpine cheeses, in the summer months also goat cheese. Of course, alpine dairy or alpine butter, clarified butter, a Knöpfle- as well as a Fonudemischung (only in the winter months) are available. Depending on availability, the store's display cases contain sausages made from beef, sheep, goat and game.

Other regional delicacies include honey, jam, chutney, herbal products, vinegar, brandy, herbal and flower salts, organic eggs and herbal teas.

The handicraft offer includes handmade paper, greeting cards, felted items, engraved glasses, ceramics, decorative items made of wood and much more.
