Nature and us - the fascination of fermented herbal drinks

In this course, we dive into the world of FERMENTED BEVERAGES! Fizzy, sour, sweet or dry - you name it, fermentation will find its way. We will discover the difference between cultured fermentation (such as kombucha and water kefir) and wild fermentation (such as ginger beer). Join this course in the Wirtschaft Traube in Klösterle am Arlberg with the top chef Tobias Schöpf and discover different ways to prepare delicious probiotic herbal drinks.
