In Vorarlberg, the slaughter party has a long tradition and is considered a social event, where freshly slaughtered meat takes center stage. At a slaughter party, various cuts of meat from the slaughtered animal are freshly prepared and eaten together. Typical dishes include blood and liver sausages, brawn, sausages or offal, together with dumplings and sauerkraut.
The Schattenlaganthütte also invites you to a cozy get-together for the slaughter party and looks forward to welcoming numerous guests!
