In the Großes Walsertal you will find several exciting places, surrounded by wonderful nature, to cast your fishing rod. Enjoy the sport of fishing at the idyllic Seewaldsee, at the crystal clear alpine stream Lutz or at the wild stream Marulbach.
The idyllically situated mountain lake in Fontanella is a popular destination, which can be reached on foot or by slow train. From 01/05 to 30/11, fishing enthusiasts can find carp, pike and rainbow trout there. With a day ticket of EUR 20.00 a maximum of three fish (max. 1 pike and 2 carp) can be taken.
In the mountain torrent Marulbach fishing is allowed from the mouth of the Lutz reservoir Raggal to the Gebiet Hof, a natural gorge near the lower Novabrücke. The fishing season lasts from 01/06 to 30/09. In the Marulbach you can find the brown trout, from which a maximum of 6 fish can be taken with a day ticket of EUR 30.00.

Fishing is allowed in the Lutz from June 1 to September 30 after purchasing a day pass for EUR 36.00. Day tickets are issued for adults over 19 years of age upon proof of fishing license. Anglers can fish for brown trout in the Lutz.
