Riebel-Kochkurs und -Frühstück

This sweet delicacy is made with few, high-quality ingredients and is still very much appreciated by alpine herdsmen during the strenuous alpine summer for its long-lasting satiation.

Together with food blogger Sara Kapeller, they prepare the Riebel and pick up useful tips. Afterwards, enjoy the Riebel with coffee and apple marmalade in the cosy atmosphere of the biosphärenpark.haus.
