BERGaktiv hike to the Biberacher Hut

From Buchboden at 9:30, the Alpbus takes you up to the Alpe Oberüberlut. The hike leads from here via Alpe Oberischkarnei to the Biberacher Hütte at 1,842 meters above sea level, where the Schadonapass forms the transition to the Bregenzerwald. The descent leads to the Alpe Ischkarnei, from where you can take the alpine bus back to Buchboden. Alternative descent: via the Brentarlenweg to Buchboden in about 1.5 h walking time.

Meeting point: 09:30 at the church in Buchboden; public arrival Landbus 570 to cable car Sonntag-Stein, change to call bus 571 to Buchboden church - Attention, the call bus is by appointment only!
