BERGaktiv snowshoe tour in Raggal/Marul - Monday

This afternoon, depending on the snow conditions, we head to Ludescherberg or Marul in the direction of Guggernülli or the waterfall. Some fitness for up to 400 metres in altitude is required, snowshoe beginners are welcome.

Route depending on snow conditions:

VARIANT 1 PANORAMIC TRAIL RAGGAL-LUDESCHERBERG
Start at the village fountain, pass old farmhouses on a terrace in an unspoilt winter landscape to the Grüneck vantage point with a fantastic view of a snow-covered summit landscape.

VARIANT 2 RAGGAL - MARUL - ALPE STAFELFEDER - GUGGERNÜLLI
From the Ahorn parcel, you hike in seclusion and tranquillity across snow-covered mountain meadows to Alpe Stafelfeder and on to Guggernülli. The trail rewards you with a wonderful view of the Faludriga-Nova biosphere reserve core zone opposite.

VARIANT 3 RAGGAL - MARUL - MARULBACH WITH WATERFALL
Starting from the hiking car park below the Marul church, the trail leads to the Marulbach stream. Over a wooden bridge and a narrow path you reach a small pond and a romantic waterfall with an enchanting stream landscape with icicles and hoarfrost.

Note: The choice of route depends on the snow conditions. The hiking guides reserve the right to change routes or cancel due to avalanche danger!

Required equipment:
o Small rucksack with (warm) drink
o Warm winter clothing, hat and gloves
o Mountain boots or sturdy winter boots
o Ski or hiking poles and gaiters, if available

Equipment hire:
snowshoes | poles | avalanche transceiver, shovel and probe if required. Rental equipment must be ordered when registering for the hike!

Price: € 13.00 per person aged 15 and over; participation in the hike is free of charge for guests of BERGaktiv member companies. Excluding cable car, bus rides and snacks. Total rental equipment EUR 18.00. Snowshoes and Sticks € 10.00
