Alpine fire at the Mittagspitze

Laboriously, the men of the mountain rescue Damüls carry firewood on the Mittagspitze, which are then put into a large pile and ignited at nightfall. The "Berggasthof Elsenalpstube" offers an ideal view to the Mittagspitze, the high-altitude fire and the final torchlight.

For this event the "Uga-Express" is in operation from 06.30 p.m. to 11.00 p.m.!
