In a world that is moving ever closer together and is therefore becoming ever more global, the longing for the familiar is sprouting in many people. Products are offered everywhere that are known all over the world and yet are completely anonymous. In our country there are a multitude of regional products, which have always been the most obvious for us, but many of which have fallen into oblivion in the worldwide oversupply. Many years ago, we set ourselves the task of raising these regional treasures and putting them back on the daily menu.
