We bake bread and pizza in the traditional way and prepare cakes, snacks and in the future also small hot dishes.

For a good digestibility all ingredients are used in organic quality and bread and pizza doughs are prepared over a long dough.

So that our customers can treat themselves to a little time out in the course of shopping or just for fun, our bakery is actually also a "parlor", where you can watch the bakers bake in the ambience of the charming old boiler house of the Klarenbrunn factory while enjoying coffee and pastries.
