In the middle of the Vorarlberg mountains, Toni runs a small camp with 15 huskies. He tries to suppress his fear of not surviving this time. Head over heels, he flees to Sweden. There he tries to overcome his fear together with his huskies. After his cancer operation, Toni spends a summer in northern Sweden with his wife and youngest daughter, where he tries to convince his family to live in the far north. But a visit to a host family with a child suffering from leukemia brings Toni new insights.
